Smoky Maple Glazed Ribs

These smoky maple glazed ribs are the epitome of Fourth of July barbecue perfection. The combination of sweet maple syrup, savory soy sauce, and a hint of smokiness creates a flavor explosion that will leave your guests craving more.

Ingredients:

  • 2 racks of baby back ribs
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat around 375F / 190C

In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to create the glaze

Place the racks of ribs on the preheated grill and cook for 15 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking

Brush the ribs generously with the smoky maple glaze, coating both sides

Continue grilling for an additional 20-25 minutes, basting with the glaze every 5 minutes

Check for doneness by making a small cut between the ribs; the meat should be tender and no longer pink

Adjust cooking time as needed

Once done, remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing

Serve the smoky maple glazed ribs with additional glaze on the side for dipping

Enjoy your Fourth of July feast!
