Cloud Nine Pineapple Pretzel Parfait
Ingredients:
- 1 cup crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1 can 20 oz crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
Instructions:
Crush the pretzels and mix them with melted butter and sugar in a bowl
To make the crust, press into the bottom of serving glasses
Cream cheese should be beat in a different bowl until it's smooth
Mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until everything is well mixed
Add the whipped topping and mix it in until it's all light and fluffy
In the serving glasses, put the cream cheese mixture on top of the pretzel crust
Crush pineapple, mini marshmallows, and shredded coconut and put them on top
You can repeat the layers as many times as you want, and then add a dollop of whipped topping to the top
Put it in the fridge for at least two hours before you serve it
If you want, you can add more pretzels or coconut as a garnish
