Eggnog Fudge
Ingredients:
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup eggnog
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Nutmeg and cinnamon for garnish optional
Instructions:
Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk
Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth
Stir in the eggnog, ground nutmeg, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly
If desired, sprinkle some nutmeg and cinnamon on top for garnish
Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours or until it is set
Once set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge out of the pan and place it on a cutting board
Cut the fudge into squares or desired shapes
